“All good things must come to an end, in life as in sport.”

What does an athlete or coach do when their competitive days are over and they have moved beyond sport?

Life After the Games (LAG) is an affordable self-paced program designed by athletes for athletes to meet the specific needs of those making the transition from the sporting world to the modern workplace. LAG’s Honorary Chair is Aliann Pompey, President of the Athlete Commissions for the 41 Pan American National Olympic Committees (NOCs). The curriculum was developed under the auspices of Olympians, sports executives, consultants, and scholars, all of whom have extensive experience in sport and career development. Successful completion includes certification acknowledging preparedness to secure a new role or professional opportunity. LAG unit descriptions are available below.
